- 1 teaspoon of locust bean gum
- Lyons Regency - Herakles flavor (Optional) 0.25-0.5%

Preparation without an ice cream maker:
1. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in milk, flavoring, vanilla, and locust bean gum. Put it in a bowl with a lid and freeze for at least 4-5 hours! Let it thaw for about 5-10 minutes before eating!
Preparation with an ice cream maker:
2. Mix all the ingredients in the ice cream machine container and run it for 35-50 minutes depending on the ice cream maker! Serve!
