Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 milliliters of cream (10% fat)
- 100 grams of natural yogurt
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Noble Psycho - Gold (Optional) 0.25-0.5%
- Some lemon juice

Preparation:
1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, stirring in the flavoring at the end.
2. Peel a ripe mango, cut it into small cubes, puree 2/3 of the mango with the natural yogurt, put the remaining mango in a small bowl, and sprinkle with some lemon juice.
3. Fold the whipped cream into the mango-yogurt mixture, add the mango cubes and mix. Then pre-cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes in the ice cream maker.
