Kurzbeschreibung: Das hochviskose Guarkernmehl Type GKM50, 5000cps ist ein pflanzliches Bindemittel für starke Verdickungen ab 5000 cps und die natürliche Basis für die Textur von Speiseeis.
Viskosität: Eine Zugabe Menge von 1-3% ermöglicht eine Viskosität ab 5000 cps.
Vegetarisch & Vegan Dieses Bindemittel ist für vegetarische und vegane Speiseeisproduktion geeignet.
Weitere Anwendungen: Das Guarkernmehl Type GKM50, 5000cps ist ebenfalls für die Verwendung in Backwaren, Dressings, Toppings, Saucen, Suppen und Ketchup geeignet.

Shipping times:
- Orders from Austria take 2-3 business days to be delivered to you.
