How do I become a B2B customer?
Send the form or an email to office@rgncy.eu — with your company, country, VAT ID and business type. You will receive the B2B price list with an assortment recommendation within 24–48 hours on business days. After your first order you are looked after directly and personally.
Which countries do you supply directly?
We ship worldwide directly from our production in Austria. Exception: Hungary, Croatia, Czechia and Slovakia are served exclusively by our distribution partner Aroma Palota.
Are there minimum order quantities and volume tiers?
Yes — terms are volume-based and deliberately start low, so a test assortment is possible without risk. The exact tiers are in the B2B price list you receive with our first reply.
What makes the products interesting for food service?
The flavors are ultra-concentrated: a few drops flavor creams, ice cream, baked goods and drinks — with a consistent result in every batch. All flavors are vegan, sucralose-free and food-grade, produced in Austria.
Do we get product data and images for our shop?
Yes. For online retailers we provide product images, descriptions and taste profiles per flavor — on request bundled as a complete data package.
