Processing Time
Important: In addition to the shipping time, there is a processing time that can vary depending on order volume. We usually process orders within 1-5 business days. When order volume is high (e.g., during promotions or holidays), processing may take longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout. We ship with Austrian Post; in Germany, DHL handles delivery.
Austria: €7.99, free shipping on orders of €100 or more
Germany: €9.99, free shipping on orders of €100 or more
France and Spain: €7.99, free shipping on orders of €100 or more

Delivery Times
The delivery times listed apply from the date of shipping (after processing time) and refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays):
Austria: 1-3 business days
Germany: 2-4 business days
EU countries: 4-7 business days
United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
Switzerland & Norway: 5-8 business days
Asia: 7-14 business days
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 business days
Total delivery time = processing time (1-5 business days) + shipping time

Packaging
Your flavorings are packed carefully and securely so they arrive undamaged. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.
Delivery Delays
If there are any delays (e.g., due to customs clearance, weather conditions, force majeure or high order volume), we'll let you know right away. Please note that we accept no liability for delays beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package can't be delivered (e.g., wrong address, delivery refused), it will be returned to us. In that case, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. The customer pays the cost of reshipping.
Customs & Taxes (Outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA, Asia, Oceania), customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply. These costs are paid by the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or the shipping costs.
