2014 is the most full-bodied flavor of the Dynasty Line. Creamy vanilla buttercream, soft sponge cake, candied almonds, hazelnuts, fine nougat, all carried by a dense layer of caramel and butterscotch.
Creamy, round, multi-layered, but never overloaded with sweetness. The roast of the nuts and the bitter depth of the burnt sugar keep the flavor in balance. Pastry craft with character, in concentrate form.
New Format
Now new: a 20 ml bottle with 20 ml of flavor concentrate. New design, same quality.
The first flavor of its kind. More to follow.
Flavor Profile
Vanilla Buttercream Thick, creamy vanilla, more cake filling than vanilla pudding. The foundation. Creamy, full, without synthetic sharpness. Everything else builds on this cream.
Soft Sponge Cake Fluffy pound cake in the background. Gives the flavor that real bakery feel and makes sure the cream does not float in a void but sits on a cake layer.
Caramel & Butterscotch The heartbeat of 2014. Deeply burnt caramel meets creamy butterscotch: heavy, soft, slightly buttery, with the bitter depth of sugar that stayed in the pan a little too long. Exactly what makes 2014 round instead of sugary.
Fine Nougat Creamy, soft nougat, not hard layered nougat. It settles smoothly between caramel and cream and pushes in a second, darker layer.
Almond & Hazelnut Roasted almonds and hazelnuts, lightly caramelized. They bring structure, roasted notes, and the bitterness that grounds the whole construction. They are the reason 2014 feels creamy, not sugary.
How to Use
A highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate. Even a small amount is enough to:
-
Creams, mousses, cheesecake fillings: turn them into dense caramel nougat desserts
-
Cakes, batters, tarts, cupcakes: charge them with pastry-shop depth
-
Caramel sauces, praline fillings, dessert toppings: lift them to a fuller level
-
Ice cream, frozen yogurt, pudding: give them a heavy, creamy core
-
Pancakes, waffles, French toast: steer them toward a "pastry chef breakfast"
-
Coffee, cappuccino, hot drinks: underlay them with a caramel nougat note
Always increase the dose slowly. 2014 is dense. Too much, and everything else disappears into the caramel.
Why 2014 Works
A full-bodied dessert profile. Vanilla, caramel, nougat, nuts: the rich end of the scale. If you want depth, this is where you arrive.
Creamy, not sugary. The roasted bitterness of the nuts and the burnt sugar in the caramel keep 2014 in balance. Full in taste, without sticky sweetness.
Density over dosage. A small amount, full effect. Developed for applications where every drop counts.
A brutal layering building block. Combines uncompromisingly with chocolate, coffee, rum, cognac, roasted nuts, or additional caramel flavors.
A new generation. The first flavor of the Dynasty Line in the new bottle design.
The Bottom Line
2014 is not made for light hands. It is for those who want full-bodied, multi-layered desserts: caramel nougat cake with real depth, cake cream with pastry chef character, ice cream that stands its ground on the palate.
Creamy. Round. Multi-layered. Never overloaded.
A pastry shop. In concentrate form.
