Herakles from the Lyons Regency Line is a massive dessert stack:
a buttery cookie base, sweet Greek yogurt creamcake, and a soft, golden vanilla custard layer, all compressed into one flavor. Creamy, dense, slightly tangy, and unmistakably bakery: like a modern cheesecake hybrid with cookie crunch.
Flavor Profile
Cookie Base
A buttery cookie note with a lightly baked character: reminiscent of crumbled butter cookies or cookie crumbs as the foundation. Rich, sweet, "crunchy" in feel.
Greek Yogurt Creamcake
A creamy, sweet yogurt cake note with a light yogurt tang: adds freshness and keeps the whole thing from drowning in dull sweetness. Think "yogurt cheesecake" in sensory terms.
Vanilla Custard Filling
Dense, soft vanilla custard: creamy, round, slightly pudding-like, tying cookie & creamcake together into a complete dessert profile.
How to Use
Highly concentrated food-grade flavor concentrate: just a few drops are enough to, for example:
-
push creams, mousses, yogurts, or desserts in a glass toward "cookie yogurt vanilla dessert" territory
-
upgrade cheesecakes, cake fillings, frostings & glazes with a modern creamcake profile
-
make ice cream, milkshakes, bowls, or protein creams taste noticeably denser, more dessert-like, and more "patisserie"
Dose slowly. Herakles is built as a lead taste and covers up other components very quickly.
Why Herakles by Headshot?
-
A full dessert profile in one flavor: Cookie, yogurt creamcake & vanilla custard instead of single, flat notes.
-
Sweet, but not dull: Sweet, creamy, bakery-heavy, with a light yogurt freshness so it never feels sticky.
-
Ideal for modern dessert creations: Perfect for anything that should taste like "trend dessert in a glass" or "cheesecake meets cookie."
The Bottom Line
If your creations should taste like a thick cookie yogurt vanilla dessert block, Herakles is your tool: loud, creamy, massively bakery. Exactly what a Lyons Regency flavor has to deliver, or it gets cut from the lineup.
