HEADSHOT flavors are highly concentrated food flavorings. A few drops are enough, but not every flavor fits every application equally well. A citrus profile behaves differently in a drink than in a cream. A vanilla note can be perfect in yogurt but too heavy in a lemonade. That is why it pays off to think in applications.
For drinks
Drinks need clarity. Bright, zesty and cool profiles work particularly well here: citrus, berries, cola, mint, grape, tropical fruit. The goal is a clean taste that never feels thick or syrupy. Good candidates: Citrus Terrace, Cola Ice, Bloodthirsty, Glass Pavillion, Noble Psycho Green.
For desserts
Desserts are allowed to be rounder. Vanilla, cake, cream, almond, coconut, tiramisu, sponge or fruit-cream profiles work especially well in yogurt, cream, ice cream, dough or sweets. Good candidates: Royal Wings, Sissi, Herakles, Vienna, Royal Secret, Dynasty 2014.
For bowls and yogurt
Here you need balance. Too much coolness can disturb, too much sweetness can feel heavy. Bright fruit, creamy fruit or a clear citrus note usually work best. Good candidates: Citrus Terrace, Everything, Madness, Z3US, Herakles.
For ice cream and sorbet
Ice cream handles intense flavors very well because cold tends to soften taste. Citrus, berry, mango, cola, vanilla and dessert profiles perform strongly. Dose slowly and fine-tune rather than overdo it.
For warm applications
Warm applications need a light touch. Intense profiles can change, while creamy and bakery-style flavors often stay more stable. Work with small amounts and approach it slowly.
The most important rule
It is not the flavor alone that decides, it is the application. Ask yourself before buying: do I want to make a drink brighter, a dessert rounder or charge a food creation with a clear signature taste? Your selection automatically gets better.
